  • We typically engage our clients in one of two ways: monthly partnerships or projects.

    Monthly Retainers allow you to reserve a set number of hours each month (20, 30, or more) for your ongoing HR needs. This option allows us to work on deeply integrated projects and recommend solutions as your organization grows. Monthly retainers are pre-billed at the start of every month to ensure our consultants' time is reserved for you.

    Project-Based Engagement is simply that! You engage EdgeBrook Lane to help complete a specific project. This type of engagement is billed based on project specifications and predetermined timelines to meet your business goals.

  • When we first engage with any client, we like to start with an in-depth HR assessment. This assessment gives our team data points to determine areas to focus on from highest to lowest priority during our partnership.

    For companies with minimal to no HR infrastructure, we recommend our HR start-up package, which includes creating or refining job applications, job descriptions, performance evaluations, and other HR-related policies, processes, and forms, and management training around some basic HR best practices.

We strategically think through each consultant's background and availability to determine the best fit, though our consultant's expertise transfers across industries. Additionally, our consultants work together on the back end to share ideas and expertise to ensure we provide each client with top-quality service.
