    WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

    Experience as a Senior HR consultant, manager, director, or generalist with 7+ years of experience within privately held, small/mid-sized businesses and/or non-profits, where you have had to wear a lot of “hats” developing, leading, and evaluating HR strategies, systems, and policies.

    You enjoy being strategic AND tactical while using your excellent relationship management and influencing skills to lead teams from start to finish.

    You want to be part of a talented, innovative HR TEAM, where you can learn from other HR Pros and better serve clients.

    You still love the idea of being a W-2 employee and being eligible to save for retirement

    Interested in seeking flexible hours, part-time schedule (starting 5 to 10/hrs a week and building from there to as many hours as you can work)

    You thrive when you are able to drive work and make effective decisions with minimal oversight and feedback

    Have exemplary communication, time and project management, and organizational skills

    Live local to North Carolina. Open to occasionally going on-site to client’s offices, if needed for certain projects.
