Hollie brings 25 years of hands-on Human Resources experience, specializing in HR Operations, Talent Management, and organizational strategy across diverse industries, including highly regulated Life Sciences, Technology, AEC, and Retail. Throughout her career, she has partnered closely with leadership teams to develop and execute scalable HR solutions that navigate complex organizational challenges and drive measurable business results.

As Director of HR Consulting, Hollie leverages her extensive background as a strategic practitioner to maintain a dual focus, splitting her time between advising clients directly and empowering her internal team. By drawing on her decades of hands-on experience in highly compliant, scalable industries, she acts as a powerful mentor to her consultants by removing operational roadblocks and equipping them with the strategic insights needed to look beyond surface-level challenges, uncover root pain points, and deliver exceptional service. Simultaneously, Hollie remains actively engaged on the ground, partnering directly with client leadership to architect robust, scalable HR frameworks that navigate complex organizational hurdles and drive measurable business results.
