She excels at partnering with employees and leadership across multiple entities to handle day-to-day HR needs and support broader organizational priorities.

In her HR background, Jill has served as a primary point of contact for growing organizations, handling a well-rounded mix of core HR functions. Her experience includes managing talent acquisition, supporting performance cycles, administering benefits, and helping maintain policy compliance across multi-state environments.

Jill is motivated by the intersection of people, structure, and public service. She thrives on helping organizations build straightforward HR practices that support both their employees and their overall goals.

Outside of work, Jill resides in Holly Springs, North Carolina, and enjoys connection to her hometown of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources with a minor in Human Services from Elon University and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is also certified as a SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP.
